The Company

Neuro-Bio Ltd is a small, privately owned biotech company incorporated in 2013, based on 40 years of original research at Oxford University by Baroness Prof Susan Greenfield. The Neuro-Bio focus is on a pioneering treatment package for Alzheimer’s disease.

In May 2026, Neuro Bio were ready to enter Phase 1: Proof of Concept.

Benedicts were instructed to assist Neuro Bio in a move from Culham Science Centre into an office of 1,500-2,000 sq ft in Oxford City Centre, ready for operation by 1st October 2026.

Our Role

Benedicts assisted by carrying out a comprehensive search of all on and off market opportunities deliverable within the timeframe. We led the team on tour of 8 properties and agreed suitable lease terms on their preferred option, despite a competitive tender situation. We also agreed the terms and specification for the landlord to carry out the Cat B fit out on behalf of Neuro Bio easing their transition and meeting the deadline.

Results

  • Acquisition was delivered within budget and occupation was achieved on time, saving a total of £32,500.
  • Added value in terms of recommending a competent building surveyor to carry out surveys and finding a buyer for the client’s existing laboratory equipment.

“It is a pleasure working with Benedicts: from the very outset they provided a comprehensive,  personal yet highly professional approach to catering for our particular needs. I would certainly recommend them for giving us a five star service.
