The Company

Croft develop solutions for the safe transportation of radioactive materials and for the long-term storage and final disposal of radioactive wastes. Crofts required 7 – 10,000 sq ft of further industrial / tech accommodation as close as possible to existing premises.

Our Role

Benedicts assisted by carrying out a comprehensive search of all on and off market opportunities deliverable within the timeframe required. We led the team on a suitable viewing tour in South Oxfordshire and utilised established industry contacts to introduce the client to a unit in close proximity of their existing premises, ahead of it being formally brought to the market.

Results

• Acquisition of a 8,930 sqft off market opportunity was delivered within budget and importantly, within proximity to existing premises.
• Delivered added value through the successful negotiation of reduced rental terms and comprehensive commercial advice throughout the heads of terms process
